I fully believe that people have capacities of which they do not always take full advantage, and that teams have great potential for development if they are supported by flexible leadership which is adaptive to circumstances and business expectations.

Throughout my professional career spanning more than fifteen years, I have seen that by using organisational and executive coaching – my specialty -, we can maximise each person’s potential and achieve the desired results.

I have worked as a manager for over 20 years. In that time, I have witnessed how cultural changes which are well managed and where people feel appreciated and that they are having an impact on the organisation can lead to increased productivity and the consolidation of a culture of engagement.
